…Because You Asked

My Healthy Life Begins with Healthy Cooking

SO many of you have asked if I am still honoring my New Year’s Resolution: to read one new book a month. Thank You for caring, Thank You for asking!

The answer is YES, and I hope that you are still honoring yours as well.

While out of town all summer, I decided to polish up on reading my cookbooks. YUM!

I read and am happy to recommend the following three cookbooks:

 

1) Quinoa Revolution by Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming (not Vegan but many delicious recipes that are easy to make animal-free)

2) Thrive Forward by Brendan Brazier (met him, love him, love his book in every way: beyond great!)

3) The Conscious Cook by Tal Ronnen (met him, love him, love this book too: the recipes are a little more complex than Brendan’s, so if you’re looking for more of a “gourmet approach”, this is it!)
