Achieving Great Health, Inside and Out
Do What Makes You Happy
Sometimes we hear the word “exercise” and it conjures up a sense of dread and guilt, reminding us that we should be doing more. I am here to tell you: it doesn’t have to be that way.
Exercise should not be something you force yourself to do, but rather something you truly look forward to wanting to do.
The key is finding the right kind of exercise, and that is: doing what makes YOU happy. Perhaps it is aerobics on land or in the water, perhaps it is kicking some sweat while boxing, perhaps it is slowing down with pilates or yoga. Perhaps it is finding a balance somewhere in between.
Whatever it is for YOU, the important thing is that you are actively taking care of yourself by moving your body, and doing that which makes YOU healthy and happy.
TIP for knowing when you’re happy: Is there a smile on your face? Is there joy in your heart?

The Healing Power of Herbs and Spices:
For thousands of years, Indian and Asian cultures have relied on the power of plants for healing.
While our culture does not seem to be quite as intuitive, we are learning to acknowledge that there are certain herbs and spices that expedite healing, prevent cancer, reduce inflammation, strengthen our respiratory and circulatory systems, cleanse our colon, sharpen our memory, and provide a host of many other beneficial results to our ailments.
