Breakfast Grains

Makes 2 servings

  • 2 cups water 
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats 
  • 1 assorted sliced fruit (optional) 

Place water and oats in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top with fruit, if desired.
