Breakfast Barley
Makes about 3 1/2-cup servings
- 1 cup cooked barley
- 1/2 cup vanilla rice milk
- 1/4 cup chopped pitted dates
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan or microwavable dish. Heat on the stove or in a microwave until hot.
